CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Ingredients:
* soya milk 300 ml
* dark chocolate (70+% cocoa) 40g
* coconut oil (1 table spoon)
* gelatine 12g
* water 30 ml
* agave syrup (1 or 2 tea spoons)
* banana (1)
I melt dark chocolate with coconut oil at low heat. Squash banana using a fork in a bowl. Add the milk, melted chocolate mass, agave syrup and water.
Soak gelatine in boiled water in a separate bowl (see instructions on your package). Once gelatine is ready I mix all ingredients in a mixer.
Pour ready to go mass into serving glasses/forms and leave in a fridge for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with dark chocolate, fruits, berries or whatever you feel like. Voila!
